Visits with additional charges
Evening (7- 9pm) or weekend appointments $50 / visit
Home visits (within 30 min of Clinic) $200 / visit
Other costs:
Procedures: we only charge cost of supplies: $5 - $20 / procedure
Labs not done in-office $5 - $15 for most tests
Radiology / Imaging: Discounted prices on X-rays, mammograms, bone density tests etc.
