Other costs:
Procedures: only charge cost of supplies costs average $5-20 per procedure
Laboratory: diagnostic labs not done in-office at cost (average $5-10 /test)
Radiology / Imaging: Discounted prices on X-rays, mammograms, bone density tests etc.
